The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me plan my daily excursions, providing clear directions and local insights.
The bathroom could use some updates, as I noticed a bit of water discoloration around the drain after a few days.

i had the great misfortune of getting a room at a different hotel, little did i know i’d have to hike for breakfast. the cramped space was as welcoming as a dentist's office. i even expected some sort of upgrade for my troubles, but no, just the same old excuses! i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

missingWrote a review on 22 Novbreakfast inconvenience
To start, the check-in was rocky due to a mix-up with the sister hotel, which left me feeling a bit off. The breakfast situation was inconvenient since it was located a few buildings down, meaning getting out of the room was necessary to start the day. Options were also limited, especially if I happened to sleep in. Lastly, the bed had some noise that made it less than ideal for a good night's sleep, which was a bit disappointing for an otherwise pleasant stay.

wonderful, wonderful, wonderful
During my stay, I was greeted by an incredibly kind staff, especially Kate, who organized a fantastic tour for me. The location was perfect, tucked away from the busy streets yet close to delicious Michelin-rated pho spots. My room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, giving me a great view of the surrounding area.
totally recommend 😊❤️

This hotel brought us great joy. The location is perfect, just a quiet lane away from the hustle of Hanoi's old quarter. Walking to all main attractions took no time at all. The staff exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family, providing excellent service and local tips. Our Connecting Suite was spacious with comfortable beds, and the large bathroom featured a walk-in shower, which was a real highlight. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the cooked-to-order dishes like Pho. On the downside, the bathroom could use updates, and some sockets in the room didn’t work well. Wi-Fi was hit and miss, especially in the room. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was satisfying, and I would definitely stay here again.

10/10

My stay was marred by several issues. First, I was disappointed to find out at check-in that I was assigned to the sister hotel instead of the one I booked. Breakfast was served in a cramped space at that location, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, with slow connectivity that made it difficult to plan my day.

excellent service , but breakfast timing was limited
The staff were incredibly helpful, even arranging my transportation at a reasonable rate. My room was spacious and featured a lovely balcony that provided a perfect view of the serene surroundings. I truly enjoyed the fresh fruits served during breakfast. they were vibrant and flavorful, especially the mango. I appreciated the quiet ambiance of the location, far enough from the hustle yet close to the lake.
Breakfast timing could use some improvement since they stopped serving earlier than expected.
